For Landlords
We’ve modernised and taken the grunt out of residential lease extensions! We’re also ready for the Leasehold & Freehold Act 2024 whenever it is implemented. Our service lightens your load, controls costs and tightens your asset management whether you outsource valuations or undertake them in-house. Where provided as part of our combined offering, valuation services are provided by one of our approved RICS registered valuers. Third party valuers are welcome to use our service with their clients too. Currently all fees are collected direct from applicants so there is no outlay for landlords.
